Handmade, traditional sourdough - three words that perfectly describe our bread. We take pride in using the finest ingredients and original techniques drawn from our 45 year heritage to create product that is both delicious and wholesome.
We still value the slow food approach - our loaves for ferment for 24 to 48hrs - and in this time gluten is conditioned so that it is more bioavailable and comfortably consumed.
Fast paced modern lives are so full of processed foods and uncertain ingredient origin. We're proud to use the high quality, sustainably produced flours from LAUCKE right across our delicious range. We know that our flour is locally grown & milled to benchmark standards.
